Hello friends! Today I just had to share these beautiful updates to our Master Bedroom.

I’ve tried to make our bedroom a retreat. After all, you spend a good portion of your life sleeping. So it should be a relaxing space!

I’ve always wanted an antique chandelier, and just recently found one that was too good to pass up. You see, my husband has pretty much said no to everyone that I showed him for years. They were all too girly. Too many crystals and such. So when I found this one, I knew it was the perfect balance of simple, elegant, and vintage.

It’s feeling so very dreamy.

ThenI found this STUNNING ceiling medallion from Decor Steals (Linked HERE) It was the perfect finishing touch to the new (but very old) brass chandelier.

The new lighting set up goes perfectly with the vintage vanity I found years ago.

Also, I always get questions about this headboard piece. It’s actually NOT an antique. I made it! If you want the building plans go HERE, and all the details on how I aged it to perfection, check out this tutorial HERE.

Also, HERE are the realistic flickering, orange fire lightbulbs I added to the chandelier. Warning: they give off  almost NO LIGHT. But are super cozy at night.
