Hey there! So it’s no secret that while I love decorating for Halloween,I don’t do anything gross… Now I don’t mind spooky or a tad bit scary sometimes (see my Giant DIY Spiders HERE)
I prefer a style I’m calling “Elegant Halloween”- only moody and slightly spooky things allowed. No Creepy.
To achieve this look, I combine elements of nature in our fall decor. Pumpkins, blackbirds silhouettes, and of course, drippy candles.
Here I used birds from Target’s Dollar spot (found in 2020) with this wooden, Stained Letter Board from House Hathaway.
I LOVE using candles and vintage candlestick holders in my decor. I’m of the mind that you can never have enough of these elements.
They really work for any season… but are especially perfect for holidays!
The pumpkins are a combo of ones I grew (see post HERE) and ones I picked up from the local Pumpkin Patches.
Views like this truly make my heart sing.
I often get questions about these candlesticks- they are all one of a kind and vintage finds. So stay on the lookout at your local thrift stores!
That’s it for now friends, Stay spooky (but not creepy!)
