Today is the day day I am going to share the farmhouse fall tour of our living room!
Fall has to be the the loveliest season to decorate for. I love winter decor too- but fall is the start of the holidays, and the colors are so gorgeous & perfect for doing neutral farmhouse decor.
Today I thought I’d show you how I decorated our living room for the autumn season.
Most of the colors in this space are already very neutral, so adding subtle touches of fall decorations was all it needed to feel cozy.
I used some of my stash of DIY chalk paint pumpkins to decorate a wooden dough bowl on our coffee table.
I just really wanted this space to say “come snuggle” so some neutral throw pillows were a must.
When it comes to putting a room together, I tend to like to assign a semi permanent place for everything, and I just switch things up slightly every time I do seasonal decor.
For the centerpiece, I opted for some muted greenery in place of leaves with bold fall colors.
Isn’t this table amazing? My husband built it using some super cool table legs that Osborne Wood sent us. I’ll be doing a post about it soon.
June helped me paint these plastic pumpkins, and we even added some pink milk paint on some of them to switch things up.
For the mantle, I just took down one of my art piece up there and replaced it with an adorable truck watercolor I made.
You can bet this baby will be a freebie printable soon!

Can you tell I’m all about chippy paint?
Oh, and everything we build can pretty much be guaranteed to include some reclaimed wood.
It’s so fun to layer pieces. Don’t be afraid to try mixing sizes and shapes when it comes to decor either.
Well, that’s it for now. I’ll be posting more of my fall home decor tour here soon.
The white pumpkins are gorgeous!
