Popcorn Stand

Thanks for stopping by today!
For
my sister’s surprise birthday party, we did a Movie Night Theme. And we
had to come up with a Popcorn Booth, because what Movie Night would be
complete without a Popcorn Booth?

How to make it:
My technique on this sign was really simple. I didn’t do any letter transfers. Instead, I drew it onto my board free hand.
Then I painted my letters yellow and stained on top of them.
I rubbed white paint on top once the stain dried for an antique look, and then touched up the letters a bit more with yellow paint.

Once dry, I outlined it with a sharpie.
For our Movie Night, we mounted it up on some boards attached to an old dresser.
Paired with a roll of old movie tickets and some treats, it was the perfect addition!

I mean, who doesn’t love popcorn?
Hope you try it out for yourself!
