Hey guys! Just a quick update on our home being on the market.  The listing was supposed to go live first thing this week. But somehow there was a mix up, and it got listed half a week early. So on Wednesday of last week, we had just finished dinner, and my phone got a text requesting a showing for that night. Ahhh! Our house wasn’t supposed to be on the market for 5 more days!

In between doing some paperwork to allow the first offer to come through, we had two more showings, and another offer came in. This was all within 48 hours. 

Right now we are in the middle of closing our house with one of those offers. In the meanwhile, I thought I would show you a quick walkthrough of our home since we will be having to tear it all apart to pack soon.

It’s bitter sweet to be letting go of this home. I’m planning on putting up a post addressing all the things we did that helped it get so much interest. Well, that’s it for now!
