    I’m having a hard time getting the bicycle to open. It takes me to dropbox but says there is an error. I am a subscriber and have the password but still can’t get it to work 🙁

    Did you use the password in all caps? Let me know if you are still having issues.

    When I download the print the background is black so the print doesn’t really show up. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Allison, Honestly I have no idea why it would be printing that way. Could it be an issue with your printer? Hope you figure it out!
