So there are only 10 days left until I get to be with my husband after him being away for 90 days at USMC Boot Camp! You really can’t understand how exciting this is for me unless you’ve really been through it yourself!

I’m finding that separation can really only do one of two things: make you drift apart, or draw you closer together. For us, being away from each other (and ONLY being able to communicate through good old fashioned letters) has just shown me (and him) how much we need each other. I honestly can’t even imagine living without my husband. He is such a blessing from God in my life & I am so proud of him.

I really don’t have anything really “new” about the whole Marine Process to share right now (other than how much I need and miss him!) Honestly, I’m just so busy getting ready for the trip to pick him up. However, since I’ve been working on several “quoteables” like the one above for my own use, I thought I might as well share them! I’m going to print out and display a few of them once we do move (wherever that may end up being!)
