I LOVE Nachos. These have to be one of the best Nacho Recipes I have ever tried.
This one is inspired & adapted by This Blonde Can Cook‘s Chili Queso Recipe.
16-ounce box Velveeta Cheese
1 C. milk
2 teaspoons paprika
½ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
4 tsp. chili powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ tsp. ground cumin
1 Small Tomato, diced small
1 C. milk
2 teaspoons paprika

½ tsp. ground cumin
1 Small Tomato, diced small
1 Small Green Pepper, diced small
1 Small Onion, Diced Small
1 can of Black Beans
Just dice up all your veggies, saute them in a pan.
Next just add all the other ingredients {except the beans} into your pan. Let it all melt together & then serve hot over chips, garnished with black beans!
It is sooooo yummy and such great party food!
